Celebrating Space Jam’s 20th anniversary with Jordan Brand

As part of Jordan Brand’s celebrations for Space Jam’s 20th anniversary, we were delighted to be asked to create event spaces that showcased the return of the Monstars – as well as their new apparel collection.
Alongside Jordan Brand Design Team and Warner Bros., Rosie Lee designed consumer experiences in both Los Angeles and New York that allowed film and sneaker fans alike to test out the newly launched Space Jam edition of the AJXXXI and AJXI.
Our LA work was hosted in Warner Bros. Studio 18, the same studio in which the film was originally shot, and featured a Space Jam-themed basketball court and an exhibition of memorabilia from the production, while in NY we took over House of Hoops 34th Street with neon Monstars and bespoke footwear apparel displays.
The installations were widely visited over their two week duration, and received extensive coverage across social media and lifestyle blogs.
